Directions:

Place the chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until smooth and well combined.
Pour the sauce over the drumsticks, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Once done, transfer the drumsticks to a serving platter.
Optional: For a thicker, richer sauce, pour the cooking liquid into a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until it thickens to your liking. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken before serving.
Variations & Tips:

Spicy Kick: Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a hint of heat.
Tangy Twist: Mix in 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar for a bright, tangy flavor.
Swap the Cut: Use chicken thighs instead of drumsticks if you prefer.
Gluten-Free Option: Replace soy sauce with tamari.
Extra Flavor: Add a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger or a splash of sesame oil to the sauce for added depth.
Serve these irresistible drumsticks with steamed rice, roasted veggies, or a crisp green salad for a complete and satisfying meal. Enjoy!
