Baozi Stuffed with Meat and Chives

 

 

Ingredients:

300g flour
1 tsp instant yeast
150ml warm water
200g minced pork
1 bottle chopped chives
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Black sesame seeds for garnish
Oil for cooking

Instructions :

In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and water to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes, then let rest for 1 hour.
Mix the ground pork, chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into small balls, roll out each ball and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold the edges to form buns.
Arrange the baozi in a hot oiled pan, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Serve hot with soy or chili sauce.

Appetizer Skewers Cheese and Cold Meats

Ingredients:

Cubes of cheese (Emmental, Cheddar or Gouda)
Slices of salami or chorizo
​​Black or green olives
Wooden skewers

Instructions :

Thread a cube of cheese, a folded slice of salami and an olive onto each wooden stick.
Arrange nicely on a serving platter.
Serve chilled for a simple and tasty appetizer
