1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for added umami flavor)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed mixed with 6 tablespoons water (flax egg)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
