1/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
1 ½ teaspoons instant espresso powder
½ cup + 2 tablespoons boiling water
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
½ cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ½ cups sugar
1 ¾ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon table salt
16 fun-size Snickers bars, coarsely chopped
How to Make Chewy Snickers Brownies
1. Prepare the Baking Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Butter the bottom and sides of a 9×13-inch metal baking pan.
Line the pan with parchment paper:
Place one long piece of parchment in the pan, letting it overhang on two sides.
Place a second sheet perpendicular to the first, creating overhangs on all sides.
Butter the parchment for easy removal later.
