How to Make a Perfect Baked Potato, one that is crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside.

INGREDIENTS
1 Russet potato, washed & dried
olive oil
salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 425ºF.

2️⃣ Pierce potato with a fork, rub with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper.

3️⃣ Place potato directly on the oven rack and bake for 50 minutes, or until the insides feel soft when pierced with a fork. Be sure to turn the potato over after 30 minutes to insure that it gets crispy all over.
