Baked Eggs and Cheese: A Comforting Breakfast Choice

To prepare this delicious breakfast you will need the following ingredients:

6 large eggs

1 cup of milk cheese

1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped chives, you can add more if you like.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Use cooking spray or butter to grease the pan.

How to proceed.
Preheat the oven: Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F (190°C). Spray the baking dish with cooking spray or butter to prevent food from sticking.

Prepare the eggs: In a large bowl, crack the eggs and gently beat them with a fork or whisk. Add the cottage cheese, grated cheddar cheese, chopped chives (if you have them), salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cooking: Pour the beaten eggs into the baking dish, making sure to distribute them evenly. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked and the top is golden brown.
