1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
3. Cut the butter into small pieces and scatter them over the chicken.
4. Arrange the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken and pour the pepperoncini juice over the top.
5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
