In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a small nozzle.
Fill the pastry balls:
Once the pastry balls have cooled, use a small knife to make a small slit in the side of each ball.
Place the whipped cream in the center of each pastry ball until filled.
Serving:
Sprinkle the pastry balls with powdered sugar and garnish with additional berries on the plate if desired.
