Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the loaf of bread in half horizontally. If it’s a baguette, you can cut it into smaller sections.

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered bread.

Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

If you want the cheese to be golden and crispy, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Remove from the oven and allow the cheesy bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
