Fluffy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons milk
Directions:

For the Dough: In a small bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, eggs, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and stir until well combined. Gradually add the flour, 1 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
For the Filling: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 16×21 inch rectangle. Spread the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the top.
Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side, and cut it into 12 rolls. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
