3. Shaping and topping the bread:
Once the dough has risen, roll it out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a large, thick disk.
Diamond Cut: Using a knife, make diamond-shaped cuts all over the dough (without cutting all the way through).
Topping: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the dough, making sure the butter gets into the cuts.
Cheese: Top the cuts with mozzarella pieces.
4. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake the garlic bread for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted and is nicely browned.
