Ham & Cheese Filled Croissants

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out croissant dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
3. Cut into triangles or rectangles.
4. Place ham and cheese in the center of each triangle or rectangle.
5. Fold and seal edges.
6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
