Homemade Foie Gras Terrine, a foolproof recipe

Ingredients :

– 1 duck foie gras
– 2 tsp salt
– Sugar
– 1 tsp 4 spice mix
– Pepper

 

 

Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Leave the foie gras to warm up at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Separate the 2 lobes and devein them.
