Honey Cinnamon Roll-Ups

Prepare the Bread: Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin until thin.
Make the Filling: In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
Brush and Roll: Brush one side of the flattened bread with melted butter, sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll tightly into a log.
Bake or Fry:
For baking: Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with more melted butter. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
For frying: Heat a bit of butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the roll-ups until golden and crispy on all sides.
Finish with Honey: Drizzle the warm roll-ups with honey for an extra touch of sweetness.

Tips:

Add a dollop of cream cheese or Nutella inside for a surprise filling.
Serve warm with a side of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
