Ingredients
1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
150 ml (about ⅔ cup) hot milk
2 apples, peeled and diced
20g (1 ½ tbsp) melted butter
Pinch of vanillin (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
2 eggs
50 g (about ⅓ cup) chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
1 tablespoon avocado oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
Preheat oven: Set oven to 360°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish with avocado oil.
Prepare apples: In a frying pan, melt butter and lightly fry diced apples for 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Set aside.
Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, warm milk, eggs, vanillin and chopped nuts. Mix well.
