4-5 pieces of fresh garlic
1 spoonful of honey (if desired, for flavor and extra advantages)
1 cup of water at a comfortable temperature
Directions:
Crush the garlic.
Crush or chop 4-5 garlic cloves to release the allicin. Allow the garlic to rest for around 10 minutes to release its helpful substances.
Blend with honey.
Mix the minced garlic with one tablespoon of honey. Honey can help calm the throat, decrease coughing, and provide germ-fighting benefits to the treatment.
Eat or drink.
Take one teaspoon of this mixture of garlic and honey two to three times a day to help improve your breathing, reduce coughing, and alleviate symptoms of bronchitis.
Tea of Your Choice:
If you like warm drinks, mix garlic and honey in a cup of warm water and drink it slowly. This will also help to thin phlegm and calm your throat.
