Milk Brioche

1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add eggs and butter.
3. Pour in the milk mixture and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
6. Divide the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Let the dough rise again for another 30 minutes.
8. Brush the tops with milk and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Serve warm and enjoy the soft and fluffy milk brioche!
