Mushrooms Caramelised Onions Beef Noodles

1. Marinate the Beef ๐Ÿฅฉ:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  • Add the sliced beef and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor).
