1 medium beetroot
A 2-inch piece of fresh ginger
1 orange (optional for sweetness and extra vitamin C)
1 tablespoon of honey (optional for sweetness)
500 ml of water
Preparation Steps:
Peel and roughly chop the beetroot and ginger.
If using an orange, peel and segment it.
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Add water and blend until smooth.
