Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the baking powder.
Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring until well combined and a smooth batter forms.
Grease a non-stick pan with a small amount of cooking oil and pour the batter into the pan.

Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a plate.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cake, spreading it evenly.
