One-Pot Creamy Beef and Shells

In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess grease.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in beef broth, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Add pasta shells to the pot, reduce heat to a simmer, and cover. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
