Step 1: Prepare the Apples

3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
4. Cut it into rectangles or squares, depending on your preferred portion size.
Step 3: Add the Filling
5. Spoon a small amount of the apple mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.
6. Fold the pastry over to encase the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
Step 4: Bake
7. Arrange the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
