Start the chocolate mixture:
Crush the milk with a wooden spoon in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisking constantly, add the chocolate and a pinch of vanillin to the milk.
When the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth, add it and whisk constantly.
Join and build:
Combine the cookie ingredients with the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly to form an even layer before transferring to a prepared baking pan or dish.
Make the frosting:
In a microwave-safe dish, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and vegetable oil.
To melt and smooth the chocolate, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each.
Frost:
Once the cookie mixture is ready, pour the melted chocolate frosting over it.
Evenly distribute the ground peanuts over it.
Freeze with the dessert in it for at least an hour.
After an hour, remove the dessert from the freezer and serve.
Before serving, cut into bars or squares.
