1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease 4 individual ramequins.
2. Place a tablespoon of sour cream at the bottom of each ramequin.
3. Add a pint of fresh goat cheese in every ramequin.
4. Crack an egg in each yolk without breaking the yolk.
5. Lightly salt and pepper each egg.
6. Spread the rest of the sour cream on the eggs.
7. Bake the ramequins in an oven filled with hot water (bain-marie) and bake for about 12-15 minutes until the whites are caught but the yellows remain runny.
8. Sprinkle chopped chives before serving the boiled eggs with goat.
