Seafood Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add minced garlic and diced onion, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken bouillon cube and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over your favorite seafood boil or use it as a dipping sauce.
