Slimming Pumpkin Soup

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces
Cook them for 15 minutes in 1 liter of salted boiling water
Drain with a slotted spoon
Add the milk then mix with salt and pepper
Serve in bowls 🍜, with croutons or sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and crumbled Roquefort cheese 🧀 for a delicious twist!
