Southern Fried Chicken Batter

In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
In a large plastic bag, combine the flour, garlic salt, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
Place the chicken pieces into the bag, seal it, and shake well to coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
Dip each flour-coated chicken piece into the egg mixture, then return it to the flour mixture for a second coating.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 365°F (185°C).
Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking the chicken for about 30 minutes, or until it is cooked through and crispy.
Drain the chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve hot and enjoy!
