The most delicious meatballs: I make them 3 times a week

Brown the ground beef on both sides over medium-high heat.
In a frying pan, sauté 3 small onions in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 carrot and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add 5 small potatoes, 1/2 pepper, 1 tomato and 300 to 400 grams of legumes.
Season with salt, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, Provençal pepper to taste and a teaspoon of paprika.
Pour in 200ml of warm water and mix well.
Repeat as shown in the video.
Cover and cook over low heat for 25 to 35 minutes.
A delicious and hearty dinner for the whole family will be ready.
