How to Make Lipton, Clove, and Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 1 Lipton tea bag (green tea or black tea works best)
- 1 teaspoon of cloves
- 1 inch of fresh ginger root, sliced or grated
- 1 cup of water
- Optional: Honey or lemon for taste
Instructions
- First, you boil 1 cup of water in a pot.
- Add the sliced ginger and cloves. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes to extract the flavors and nutrients.
- Next, place the Lipton tea bag in a cup and pour the hot ginger-clove water over it. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag, strain the drink, and add honey or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor if desired.
- Stir and enjoy while warm.
For best results, you should drink this tea once or twice a day, either in the morning or after meals.
