Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear until golden and crispy (about 5 minutes on each side). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Glaze:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and red pepper flakes. Stir and bring to a simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
